5. BUSINESS APPRAISAL
For the purposes:
- Enterprises Privatization, joint-venture contribution, association, selling and buying of enterprises
SIAC Southwest Information and Appraisal Corporation is one of the units which is permitted to appraise value of enterprises for privatization purpose. The Company provides following services: Business value determination; Collection and completion of dossier for business value determination which is submitted for business value approval; Co-ordination with customers to explain the dossier for business value determination during the investigation and approval process. SIAC always complies with current state regulations in business value determination for privatization purpose, for instance the Government's Decree No. 59/2011/NĐ-CP dated 18/07/2011 on transferring enterprises with 100% state capital into joint-stock companies; the Circular No. 202/2011/TT-BTC dated 30/12/2011, issued by Ministry of Finance, on guiding the implementation of some financial issues regarding transfering enterprises with 100% state capital in to joint-stock companies and other regarding documents.

Service of surveying land price:
SIAC have experienced many years of surveying annual land price of Can Tho City since 2010 – 2011 – 2012 and carried out the alternate unit price for the compensation of urban upgradation project in the Mekong Delta region – Small Project of Can Tho City. SIAC also have performed the alternate unit price to compensate for Ben Luc – Long Thanh Highway project. Moreover, SIAC have executed the annual land price survey in other cities and provinces in the past years.
